Chartered Engineer in both the UK and New Zealand, I hold Fellow Memberships in the UK and the USA. Additionally, I am a Chartered Construction Manager and Chartered Building Engineer in the UK, recognized as an International Professional Engineer and an APEC Engineer in New Zealand. I am also an ISO 9001:2015 Associate Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems and a Certified Scrum Master.

With over twenty years of experience, including eighteen years in the UAE, my expertise encompasses design management, project management, construction management, inspection, real estate development, civil and structural engineering, marine engineering, geotechnical and geophysical engineering, infrastructure, land development, metro systems, trams, tunnels, underpasses, causeways, value engineering, design review, repair and strengthening, ground improvement, risk assessment and audit, municipal systems, and dispute resolution related to design, construction, and asset management. My focus areas include Net Zero Construction, Mega Projects, Stakeholder Management, Dispute Resolution, Value Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance.

I have successfully led teams of up to 50 engineers, CAD technicians, and administrators, consistently delivering projects that meet high standards, stay within budget, and adhere to tight schedules.

Additionally, I contributed to the development of codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi, including the Abu Dhabi International Building Code, and participated in business process re-engineering initiatives across multiple government projects. I also played a pivotal role in developing workflow and online systems, along with conducting end-user testing for these projects.
